With over 20 years of experience in psychology, my therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, insight, and evidence-based practice. I draw from a range of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Positive Psychology, and Polyvagal Theory.
